RETURN / Exchange policy

HuddleUp Stores is designed for on-demand custom print and apparel. Due to this nature, we will not accept returns or allow exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

We do our best to provide all information about the items you will be purchasing including: size charts / dimensions, material / fabric, and key details. If there are any questions about a product, we recommend contacting HuddleUp Stores before purchasing.

buyer's remorse

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for cases of buyer’s remorse, such as:
• Item does not fit as expected
• Not satisfied with color or quality
• Change of mind
• Ordered by mistake
• Provided incorrect spelling for personalized item(s)

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. A replacement will be provided as available, or a store credit will be issued at the discretion of HuddleUp Stores.

What if my order was "Returned to sender" ?

In the event a customer provides an invalid address and the package is returned to HuddleUp Stores, they will be notified through email of the situation and responsible for any new shipping costs.
